Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Spring Kitchen Pros are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on information provided by you and our initial assessment. Final costs may vary based on actual project conditions, material availability, and any changes requested during the project. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Contracts and Agreements
A written contract signed by both parties is required before any work begins. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, payment terms, and any warranties. No work will commence without a signed contract and initial deposit payment.

You are responsible for providing access to your property and ensuring we can obtain any required HOA or property management approvals.
Access to Property
You agree to provide Spring Kitchen Pros and our authorized personnel reasonable access to your property during business hours to complete the contracted work. You are responsible for removing or protecting valuable items, furniture, and belongings in the work area. We will take reasonable care to protect your property but are not responsible for items not removed from the work area.
Materials and Workmanship
We use high-quality materials from reputable suppliers and manufacturers. All materials are subject to manufacturer warranties, which will be provided to you upon project completion. Our workmanship is guaranteed as specified in your contract. We stand behind our work and will address any defects in workmanship reported within the warranty period.
Warranties
